Duties: I help students, businesses and others plan events that benefit Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oregon; help coordinate the annual Food, Wine & Wishes Gala; and support other programs that help make wishes possible!
Prior experience: For nearly 30 years I’ve worked for Oregon nonprofits, most recently as PR, Resource and Volunteer Coordinator at Children’s Relief Nursery in St. Johns.
Education: 1982 graduate of Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) with a BS in Technical Journalism. I helped start the OSU Student Foundation.
Personal accomplishment(s): I’m the proud mother of two: a senior at OSU and a second-year grad student at Cornell University.
Hobbies: Reading, needle crafts, making jewelry, painting, playing piano, cooking, gardening
Favorite food: Just about anything as long as it doesn’t have tentacles
