Tribute / Memorial Gifts

When you honor someone special with a tribute or remember a lost loved one with a memorial, a special card acknowledging your gift will be sent on your behalf to the person of your choice.

To make a tribute/memorial donation, please contact the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oregon at 800-934-WISH, ext. 10, or mail your donation to the office and include the name and address of the person to whom you would like to send an acknowledgement of your gift.
