On March 18, 2010, more than 500 friends of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oregon gathered for the 3rd annual Waffles & Wishes, presented by U.S. Bank.  Attendees of this magical breakfast experienced a magical wish-come-true.  The celebration included a send-off party for 4-year-old Erin, of West Linn, who left for Walt Disney World® Resort the following Saturday.  At the event, Erin and her siblings were showered with gifts from Make-A-Wish volunteers and special guests from Alaska Airlines.  One of the most memorable moments was when Princess Kari sang “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes” to Princess Erin and event attendees.

Thanks to a presenting sponsorship from U.S. Bank, and the generous support of attendees, the Foundation raised more than $60,000 to help make local wishes come true.
