Seventeen-year-old Cameron, who recently returned from a wish to go to Walt Disney World® Resort, received a special welcome home party courtesy of Local Toyota Dealers and the Portland Trail Blazers.  The two organizations teamed up to adopt the Cornelius teen’s wish, and invited Trail Blazers guard Brandon Roy to the party.  Cameron shared his photos and stories from his wish trip with Roy, who presented Cameron an autographed jersey.
